Minnehaha Academy 65, Rochester Lourdes 50
The Redhawks limited Lourdes to just 25.4 percent shooting from the field and picked up a big 24-point, 10-rebound effort from Rachel Hansen (pictured at right) to beat the Eagles in the first Class AA semifinal at Target Center, 65-50. Analisa Ballinger added 17 points on 6-of-8 shooting and Katelyn Adams had 6 points and 10 rebounds for Minnehaha Academy. Laura Melquist had a double-double for Lourdes, with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Read the game recap here.
Braham 51, Pipestone 47
Rebekah Dahlman scored 17 points and stifled Pipestone star Bailey Bouman in the second half on defense, leading Braham to a 51-47 victory in the Class AA semifinals at Target Center. Bouman had 21 first-half points on 10-of-11 shooting, but Dahlman switched to her after halftime and held her to just 2 points on 1-of-5 shooting in the second half. Kelsey Sorenson-Giffrow added 13 points for Braham, while Liz Anderson had 11, including an 8-of-11 effort from the free throw line. Read the game recap here.
Goodhue 51, Northern Freeze 44
Since starting the season with six losses in its first eight games, Goodhue has been on a roll. The Wildcats advanced to the Class A title game with a 51-44 victory over previously unbeaten Northern Freeze. Laura Watson (13 points) and Grace Majerus (10) both scored in double-figures for Goodhue, while Liza Hoglo (19) led the Freeze. Teammate MacKinzie Magner added a double-double (12 points, 10 rebounds), but was just 1-of-10 on three-pointers. Read the game recap here.

Barnum 61, Parkers Prairie 52
The Bombers continued to resemble their nickname, hitting 48.8 percent of their shots en route to a 61-52 victory over Parkers Prairie in the Class A semifinals. Sarah Myhre and Katrina Newman (pictured at right) combined for 42 points on 14-of-23 shooting to lead the way for Barnum. Sari Noga recorded a double-double for Parkers Prairie with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Read the game recap here.
